• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services, with or without notice, at any time.

4. Account Retainers and Payments

• All new clients must pay an account retainer as specified in the staffing agreement. The retainer is due immediately upon signing the staffing agreement.
• All payments for services are due as per the terms set out in the specific agreement and invoicing terms.
• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vishranti or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Vishranti shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services or website, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, except where required by applicable law.

• Clients may terminate their agreement with Vishranti by following the process specified in the agreement.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, WY in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
